Thinset, Profiles, and Grout - Recommendations?

Isaac and Larry - For the large format porcelain tile on floor and walls - Is custom building products Prolite 30 a good choice? I was "thinking" that the 40% lighter weight would be good due to drywall substrate on the walls. Custom Building Products ProLite 30 lb. White Premium Lightweight Large Format Mortar for Tile and Stone PLMW30 - The Home Depot

It says it is excellent for glass, so I would plan to use this for the glass mosaic, porcelain walls and floor, and the 2x2 tiles on the shower floor.

Profiles - For tile thickness that is close to 3/8 do you guys find in practice that you size up to 1/2" on the profiles? I watched the schluter videos and it seems like that would be the case, but I wanted to double check.

How often are you installing cove or another profile type where the floor tile meets the wall tile?

Grout - what grout do you recommend for shower floor, floors, walls? Edited again...More time...more YouTube videos watched. In 2020 you talked about using Spectralock 1 on shower floors, and Permacolor elsewhere. The primary reason was due to it being harder in wet area and not being damaged when cleaning by homeowner later on with cleaning brushes...eliminating call backs due to grout. For my small project..I am leaning towards just using SL1 everywhere unless you would advise against?

I put a piece of blue tape at the bottom of the door. Mark it and clamp my level to it to get a nice straight cut with my circular saw
