Waterproofing
Should I use the inside/outside corners on window sill, bench, and pan/wall joints? Or will a combination of RSS sealant and Hydro ban do the trick? Ran out of sealant so I haven't completed waterproofing everything yet, just trying to plan my next steps,

I think the sealant is good there at the window, just since it’s high and won’t get a ton of water on it.
The bench is a critical connection that should have band and corners.
As far as floating mud, it could be done with a bond coat of thinset over the wallboard and then floated with fat mud. But probably better for DIYs to just build up their thinset there.
