Silicone inside corners

I’m tiling the 3 walls around a tub and I see the “new“ standard is to silicone caulk the inside corners, where 2 walls meet. That worries me a little because it requires the owner to keep an eye on it and re-do the silicone after so many years. That being said, wouldn’t it make more sense to grout the corners too (I’m using Spectralock 1) and then do a thin caulking over that? That would also make it easier to remove the caulking when it’s time to redo it.

Thank you Isaac. Also, what about the horizontal gap between the bottom of the tile and the top of the tub? I'm doing HydroBan board to the TOP of the tub flange (not over it), then using the Laticrete "adhesive & sealant" on the flange, Multimax thinset on the board, and then the Sealing Tape over it (as you show in your YT video). Then, after tiling, should I grout or caulk that gap? It's a Kohler acrylic tub. Kohler's instructions specify 100% silicone, so I'm thinking they expect some slight flex or movement of the tub. Your thoughts?
