Redi Niche doesn't match Redi Board
I had not installed the niche when I did the Coaching session with Issac last week. My Tile Redi Niche has rims that are 1/2" thick, but the Tile Redi Board is 7/16". As you can see from the photos, blue 1/16" horseshoe spacers bring the Redi Board out to flush. Should I locally shim out the Redi Board when I install? Or should I shave 1/16" inset on my firred-out studs? Or shave 1/6" off the back of the Redi Niche? Or should I just install Board & Niche as-is, and kind of locally float with thin set when the tile goes in?

Well that's annoying. I would probably run that niche through my table saw and just trim a 16th off of the wing.
