Tile Layout - Brick Pattern
My back shower wall is 36" wide. I will be using 12x24" tile.
If I do a brick layout, do I just start at the second row from the bottom (ledger board) with each tile's edge at the center line (assuming a 1/8" wide centerline as my grout line)?
Then the bottom row above the pan would have a full tile centered on that same centerline?
Rinse & repeat for the other two walls?
I think the tiles are true enough for a brick layout and I will be using the Coach's leveling system.

Sounds like a fine place to start.
Not sure of your tiles, but you may want to save each back wall cut to use on the side wall and "fold" the pattern around the corners.
I wouldn't 'rinse and repeat' the side walls. Not exactly. Use those off cuts to continue the pattern
