Use this drillbit also for a porcelin pan?
It was recommended to use a bit like this for drilling into tiles: BOSCH GT200 3/16inch Carbide Tipped Glass, Ceramic and Tile Drill Bit, Silver - Jobber Drill Bits - Amazon.com
For a steel pan coated with white porcelin, is the same bit also recommended or do you recommend something else for a 3/16" hole for the fixed panel bracket of this OVE Decors's Pasadena shower door?

We typically dont drill into prefab pans. Usually secured on the walls, and silicone for the track. You probably have the wrong door for the pan, but I could be wrong.
