RSS PRO Foam Walls - Installing Them & Shower Door Mounting
Hello all.
When mounting a shower door frame, is it acceptable for the mounting screws to penetrate the tile, RSS Pro Foam wall and stud or should the frame be mounted through drywall and tile instead?
I'm at the drywalling phase and and I'm trying to determine where the RSS PRO foam wall should stop and the drywall should start.
One more question, on the RSS PRO foam walls, how far up from the bottom should I start the screws for mounting them and how close to the edges (vertical) can I attach screws in a tight corner with one stud?
Thanks!

Glass anchors can go through either wallboard.
I usually split the difference on the curb, or have the tile board on the outer half of the curb. But I usually use band over the transition. If you are just using sealnt, make sure to cover the drywall with sealant at least to the outside edge of the curb.
I try to keep my screws about an inch off the pan or so.
