I just got a call from a client whose FloFX tile-in drain is allegedly not draining fast enough. He says it is backing up when the drain plate is in, but drains perfectly when he pulls it out. Has anyone else had this problem? Has FloFX had to deal with this before, and is there a fix?

I plan to go to the site tomorrow to investigate it myself, but wanted to have some answers handy before I arrive.
