Stand alone tub
Doing tub shower Reno. using Schluter Ditra uncoupling membrane, when installing stand alone tub is it best to install the tub on the membrane then tile over membrane up to the tub leaving gap for expansion or tile over entire Ditra membrane, then set the tub directly over tile (which I think is best but have read different methods) Thanks so much!

I recommend setting the tile first and then install the tub sitting on top of the tile.
