water lines in exterior wall
One of the things I was thinking about doing during my remodel was putting a shower head on the inside of my exterior wall. I'm in CT, so it does get cold here. Is there any safe way to do this?
The only thing I could come up with was to build a little column to box the lines out. So the wall just have a column where the shower head would be attached to.
Any other ideas?

Rolled bats are fine. Exterior walls only typically.
