Marble shower floor

About a year ago we renovated our bathroom, shower on concrete slab, went with roll on membrane and Hardie hydro board for the walls. Looks beautiful, but the marble floor stays looking wet

. We reach out and Issac informed us of this common issues and ways to avoid in the future . We called the grout sealing company and they recommended their sealer remover just to use for the face of the tiles. We waited 6 months as we read the materials can take time to set. Now there is only 1 area that stays wet a little longer . 85 % better…. But we still wish to redo the floor. Can this be done without damaging the membrane layer which has an pretty good buffer of thinset between it and the tiles from watching the tiler….and will the profile membrane drain have to be replaced?
