Tile Failures and Problems

I thought I had purchased unmodified..

What is the possible negative outcome of this? Will the tile fall off some day in the near future?

I used this thinset,

VersaBond 50 lb. Gray Fast-Setting Professional Thinset Mortar

and then mixed it with

10 qt. Liquid Thinset Admixture for Non-Modified Mortars
