Sunk Penny Tile
In my Master Bath I notice grout was failing around a single penny tile. After further investigation it looks like the tile is maybe sinking? Any recommendations on what to do here?
The penny tile is over a kerdi shower foam pan. My concern is that the pan may have been damaged and looking for the right approach here to fix this issue.
I tried to take the best pictures I could for the tile issue.

Yes, Schluter foam is too soft for penny tiles. Something must have dropped on it or maybe a step ladder leg or something. You could probably carefully remove it and replace it. I bet it would pry up without damaging the kerdi.
