HELP - Tiles Falling Off
Midway through my shower tile and I started to have some issues with tiles popping. Thinset is sticking to redgard great but a few tiles are completely delaminating. Coverage looks good, nice imprint into the thinset but for some reason they aren't bonding.
What's causing this?
How do I fix it?

thanks Isaac. I posted this in my thread for my remodel an Larry S. responded with a good tip to soak the tiles in water. That seemed to fix my issue. I also switched to multimax lite to give myself more time setting tiles.
Now I am just trying to decide if i want to intentionall pop all the tiles off the wall that i did before i started soaking them. Would be a lot of work to pop them and scrape off all the hardened thinset :(
