Hairline cracks in Keraflex skim coat & Window Sill Waterproofing

Question 1: I did a dry pack mortar bed over my concrete floor and used a layer of thinset (MAPEI Keraflex Plus) over the top to fix some slope imperfections. While the slope is now as good as I'll ever get, I have noticed some hairline cracks in the cured thinset (I doubt I could even fit a piece of paper into them). Will this be a problem, or can I go ahead and continue with the liquid Hydro Ban?

Question 2: I sloped the cement board on my window sill using thinset, but I need to know the best way to waterproof the transition to the window frame (it will see plenty of water). The end state is a long composite sill tile on top. Is it okay to use Laticrete Hydro Ban Adhesive & Sealant where the cement board meets the window? I plan to apply it like a caulk bead to seal the gap, let it cure, and then apply the liquid Hydro Ban on top.

Question 3: In the "Dry Pack Shower Pan for Beginners" video series, I noticed there wasn't fabric/mesh tape installed along the seam where the dry pack floor meets the vertical cement board walls. I have already installed alkaline-resistant mesh tape on my vertical seams and curb, but would it be ok to add a bead of that same Hydro Ban Adhesive & Sealant along the floor-to-wall seam for extra security, or is that completely unnecessary?

Thanks for the help!

Sorry for the late response. But yes to all your questions. You're going overboard and that's good. We use the sealant along the window frame. Adding extra waterproofing is always good. Just be careful of build up
