Dry pack over chipped up concrete
I am replacing a shower and adjacent tub with a curbless walk-in shower. I chipped up the slab to a depth of about 2 inches so I can get the proper slope to the drain (FloFX). My question is this. Can I place the dry pack directly on top of the mangled concrete slab or do I need something between them? I am using hydroban sheet and banding over the dry pack and Wedi board walls.
