I did the same thing in the area I'm remodeling currently. One vent just outside the shower and the other inside the water closet.
I went with 4 inch PVC sewer pipe that I had leftover from a dust collection setup. Had to get a little creative and used PL3 adhesive to set the vent base into the pipe, but it worked haha.
