Big Fat Tiles: Now What?

Okay, so not actually FAT tiles, but they're 30X30 squares, and I'm going to be tiling my entire house with them. Right off the bat I have a few questions based upon what's going to happen.

The baseboards in this house will be flush with the drywall with a 1/2" shadow reveal 6" above the floor dividing the drywall from the baseboards. The floors need to go in before the baseboards because the baseboards will cover the tile, so the tiles will be as close to the bottom plate of the framed wall as possible. The benefit, as I imagine, is that I can hide all of the cut edges of the tiles.

How am I going to cut them? My tile saw can handle a max of 24", so there's no ripping a 30" with this saw, and I'd prefer to avoid the angle grinder (too much dust.)

I do have a Ryobi 4" wet saw, but I'm concerned about precision.

When I did the shower, there was a need for precision in cutting because some of those cut edges would be visible. I started the shower project using a score and snap method, and I simply couldn't make a cut without chipping the edges of the tile, so I bought the tile saw.

Does it make sense to score and snap 30" tiles rather than going with an even larger tile saw, or will I regret trying this method?

Hey Jon- I just picked up a new little circular wet saw and cut some quartz on it with these rails. I think this would work good for your little 4"
