General Tile Discussion

I demolished out an old shower with a plastick pan on a cement slab. Ready now to rebuild with the integrated flow fx shower drain and mud bed with flow fx membrane on top. Do I install the backer board first down to the cement floor and then build the sloped mud bed or build the bed first and install the wall backer boards just above it? thanks,
