Floating Over Cement Board
I recently just finish hanging and finishing all my seams on my permabase cement board in my shower but have one area where I am not perfectly level. It is okay to float it a bit? I am talking about 1/8” which isn’t much I am just trying to make sure that when I start lying tiles it all comes out flat.

Yep. We call it “flashing” the walls with thinset.. Use a strait edge and screed the walls where needed.
