Noob and looking for direction
Hi friends. New guy here. A little background. I'm military and have done the home owning thing for about 10 years and am trying to figure out how to not spend 20k on remodels.... 10 years ago I did a demo and ended up hiring out the rest. I don't want and can't afford to do that this time.

A few questions....
where we should start/end our measurements? Stuf to stud / curb inside to wall?
99% demo done. What's next? Getting estimate and order through RSS?
Does RSS also supply the backer boards?
As it relates to drain, am I having to cut this old one out and put in a new pipe?
I managed to not really damage any of the concrete board covering the jacuzzi motor. Is that worth saving or should I rip and start from scratch?
Welcome! I would remove the old drain and go with FloFX.
As far as the measuring for the RSS, they have good instructions on how to measure on their order form.
