General Tile Discussion

I have installed (mold/water resistant) drywall on the walls in the non-shower area of my bathroom (using TileRedi products for shower area). My Question - how should I prepare this bathroom drywall for tile? I plan to use a silicon caulk for the floor and ceiling joints. Should I seal the wall joints with tape and mud??
