Moisture underneath linoleum on concrete slab.
Hey guys ,I know this might not be the right group to ask this but maybe one of you can help me . I am pulling up linoleum in a bath I am remodeling and there is literally standing water underneath the linoleum, anybody know why or if there is something I need to do before installing my lvt over the concrete ?

Yeah I've let it dry out now for a few days and it looks like it's not keeping any moisture, my only guess is the foundation underneath must have been soaked for at least the size of the bathroom because when I did the demolition of the shower it had been leaking for several years around the drain cutout , I cutout 12x12 inch to move the drain to center and when I did that the dirt underneath was slush .
