5 x 8 bathroom shower dimensions
I have a 5 x 8 guest bathroom that I'm going to do a full demo and remodel on. Is it within dimension guidelines to build a walk-in shower that only has a half wall as an enclosure and no shower door?
The shower would be along the back wall, so it would be 5 feet long and approximately 36 inches wide.
Any feedback on dimensions and minimum distances would be greatly appreciated!

Typically a 6’ wide shower is best for no door.
But you could run a tile wainscoting on the outside of the shower to protect from overspray.
