General Tile Discussion

I have some questions. I have my tub removed and am trying to come up with dimensions for the shower. I have 67" on my exterior wall and 62" on my other wall. The doorway will be across from the 67" exterior wall. I was thinking 30" for doorway opening. The shower head will be on the doorway wall pointing to the exterior wall. I was wondering if I could get by with the shower head wall 48" from the exterior wall. That will give me a 48x67 shower.

I also plan on no door going into shower. Do you think the doorway is ok and 48" from shower head to back wall will work?
