Best way to replace broken toilet flange
I have removed my toilet from the basement and got an unwelcome surprise. Anyway, it looked like the person who installed/repaired this toilet did some major shimming to level the flange.
As is, the toilet flange slopes to the right and it is pretty messed up. I think I will need to cut away the existing PVC flange and replace it. I would like to know from anyone who has done this repair before the best approach...Is this another inside pipe cutting situation. What is the best way to approach removing and replacing this toilet flange so I can get a new flange installed and back to level. The floor tile is all going to be removed. Thanks in advance for any help.

cut what you have off with an inside pipe cutter and I believe they have reducers and options to put another one on at home depot or the like.
