Ridgid Tile Saw
I purchased a ridgid 7” tile saw for my shower project. When cutting it tends to leave a curve section right at beginning of cut. I tried a few things but what seems to work best is placing a small piece of scrap tile on the leading edge of tile I’m cutting. Just hold it in place as you push the sled through and blade starts cutting tile you are actually cutting.

Those little saws have a wobbly table once it extends out. After a while you will get the feel of it and make adjustments in the way you push it through. Keep the blade dressed and go slowly for best results.
