General Tile Discussion

I have a right angle wall joint that will be seen from the middle of the bathroom. There are 3 different tile types on both walls. Any suggestions as to what I could use for the trim. Alternatively, I can grout it with the grey grout I have. Looking for ideas. Thanks. Martin
