Multiple cancel request ignored!
I have emailed three times over the past three months to cancel my subscription and a) I get zero response and b) I keep getting charged. What is going on?!

I have emailed three times over the past three months to cancel my subscription and a) I get zero response and b) I keep getting charged. What is going on?!

Not sure where you emailed, but it is pretty simple to cancel your membership. From a desktop computer, log in to the site and click on the icon next to the notification bell. A menu will drop down, and select "my subscriptions". From there you can manage or cancel your subscription.
