tile layout problem and progress
Good morning everyone, I have completed the waterproofing process (hydro ban) and have layed out the tile on the floor. However I have a problem wih the layout at the top and can't figure out how to correct it. The story pole and layout show that I will have a small row of tile at the top 2" and less. The picture below shows the layout, I was trying to have the bottom of niche line up with the grout line. The green tape indicates the edges and where the niches are. Thank you in advance.

Just wanted to update everyone on my project. I am thankful I have a patient wife. Below are pictures of the progress, almost there. Thank you Isaac, in explaining the process and having this forum to assist people with there projects.
